Amador County is perfectly suited to the Rhone-style varietals that are rapidly becoming a hallmark of out viticulture. Syrah is no exception, rather the benchmark. Allowed extra hangtime by virtue of our climate, this dark dense, and youthful expression of Syrah is drinkable now, but will reward the patient over the years to come.
